In his most recent role as Global Sales Director at Avaya, Mike drove a $50M+ BPO vertical quota and was consistently ranked among the top performers. He architected and implemented Avaya’s global BPO strategy, turning 21 BPOs into trusted System Integrators and strategic CX transformation partners.

In addition, and during this time, Mike built and led a high-impact team of five senior sales executives—coaching them to navigate the BPO ecosystem and cultivate partner-centric growth strategies. Under his leadership, Avaya’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and private cloud solutions expanded across global BPO partners. By enabling effective co-sell and co-delivery motions, Mike played a pivotal role in enterprise transformation across financial services, healthcare, retail, and government sectors. His efforts solidified Avaya as a trusted platform provider for AI, automation, and customer-experience modernization.

Before Avaya, Mike served as Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development at Axim Global. He also founded and led several ventures—HM Weis Consulting, AppComm Solutions, Inc., and Symbee—further showcasing his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen.
