Industry leaders made exciting announcements, including Microsoft’s Ilya Bukshteyn, highlighting how AI can take collaboration to a new level.  AWS unveiled the next-gen Amazon Connect, enhancing AI and automation for improved customer interactions. CallTower and Five9 also reinforced their partnership that integrates CallTower’s Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams with Five9’s CCaaS platform for seamless enterprise communication. Keynotes featured presentations from companies such as Zoom, AWS, and Cisco. Another highlight was the Enterprise Summit, where experts from AAA Northeast, Avery Dennison, and ¡Werner Trucking Company y Yum! brands discussed top industry challenges.
Awards were also presented, including the Spotlight Award recognizing women in communications, the IT Hero Award for outstanding IT professionals, and the Best of Enterprise Connect award for top innovations in communications and CX tech.
